Kevin Doheny is the founder of Doheny Promo, a veteran-owned promotional products company focused on helping organizations build stronger brands through high-quality merchandise, apparel, and streamlined ordering solutions. A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant who concluded his military service in 2020, Kevin brings over two decades of experience in communications, operations, and public affairs. He applied his military experience and learned skills to build his business foundation with a disciplined, process-driven approach to leadership and execution.



Since launching Doheny Promo in 2021, he has worked with organizations including the United States Military Academy, the State of Florida, the University of South Florida, and various businesses throughout Charlotte County. Doheny Promo is also a proud member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and the Promotional Products Association of Florida.

Kevin’s appointment to the board reflects his continued commitment to service and community impact, building on his military leadership experience and dedication to supporting fellow veterans. He also volunteers as a member of the Occupational Advisory Board for the Digital Design and Multimedia Design programs at Charlotte Technical College, and supports the Military Heritage Museum by volunteering in its Virtual Reality Room.

Outside of his professional work, Kevin is a dedicated family man. He is married to Charlotte County Supervisor of Elections Leah Valenti and is a proud father to his son, Jaxton, and stepfather to Rocco. He enjoys playing golf and is an avid sports enthusiast.
